AVOID THIS PLACE. Room was dirty, smelly and bug infested!! Bedding clearly not washed as stained and covered in black hairs (I am blond). Bathroom also clearly not cleaned as used face wipes and open toothpaste left. Also shower was simply dumped in the sink and not even mounted to the wall, toilet seat dirty and not attached. Dirt/mould all over walls. Exposed wires. Worn furniture. Smashed windows taped over with newspaper. Hotel owners belongings stored under bed. I even have bug bites from being here for only 4 hours!! Hotel refused refund after leaving, saying that the bugs were impossible despite video proof. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

Very good value for money, very cheap P1,300 only but decent accommodation. Near train station, bus station, indian foods, victoria harbor. Small room, no hot shower, but still ok for the price. Cold aircon, clean towels, clean blanket, clean toilet. You can buy sim cards at the ground floor for HK$50 for 1 day internet.

The hotel room, although small, was very clean and well organised. The entire corridor remained noiseless during the entire stay. Overall its worth the low price in which guests can stay at this hotel.

Это не отель, это грязное общежитие. Нигде не было названия этого «отеля».Здесь небезопасно. Очень сложно найти, вход через рынок, на котором к вам будут все приставать. Дальше с трудом найдя нужный лифт, вы приедете в грязный коридор, где на полу будут спать люди! Мне предложили перешагнуть через афроамериканца, что бы пройти в свой номер. Стены и двери очень хлипкие, как будто из картона. Все завалено вещами, грязным бельем. Номер гораздо хуже, чем на фотографии. Здесь небезопасно из точки зрения личной безопасности - люди из коридора могут легко вломиться в вашу картонную дверь, так и с точки зрения пожарной безопасности. Вы не сможете никуда эвакуироваться, так как все завалено вещами. Я убежала из этого «отеля» как можно скорее. Трип отказался вернуть деньги. Теперь я знаю, что Trip не проверяет то, что предполагает забронировать и вы легко можете попасть в такую ситуацию. К сожалению я не успела сделать фотографии, так как было страшно и опасно

Great place to stay if you don't mind getting the unexpected. Under our beds were all sort of things from titles, building supplies, boxes, you know it. The AC works; however, it licks water so halfway through the night we realized that our stuff was wet and the whole floor was flooded.

真的太噁心了，當著他的面從床上找拿的毛髮，他説正常的，然後我説我們訂的是1米5的床，結果給個床是1米2的，他説是這樣的，我們説要退，他説行，然後又巴拉巴拉説了一大堆，我們這個又怎麼低價又怎麼好，別的都是外國人開的更差，大晚上的我們又不想折騰了，衹能湊合將就了，花了小三百真不值得，雖然他們不在乎差評，但是也要寫，所以大家還是提前訂，不要在重慶大廈這邊訂

It is affordable. However, room is too small. It can only fit for petite persons. We arrived past 1 and room is still not available. So we left our baggage in the hotel while we roam around tsim sha tsui. We had a hard time finding it since it has other name. It wasn’t labeled as Yuzhou Hotel. It’s on the 15th floor of Chungking Mansions. Towel was provided, wifi connection, drinking water, and hot water. Air-conditioning unit is too old, not clean, including its ceiling fan. There were no windows although there was exhaust fan for room ventilation. You need to download any apps for translation since it’s hard for them to understand english. Lastly, I wasn’t satisfied since there was no bed sheet provided and we had rashes since the room was untidy. The mattress was dirty, thus, we used the provided blanket as our mattress.
